Exclamation Is it a perception that people with money SHOULD race a higher class?

is it a perception that people with more money than others SHOULD race a higher class?
my opinion is only in circumstances where they can really oford it, but just want to be king of the kids because they couldnt make it in a higher grade.

Re: Is it a perception that people with money SHOULD race a higher class?

Yes! there are ppl in entry class grades that can well afford to move up, but they want to dominate a lessor classes. They cite cost of moving up a class too hard yet some street stocks and even juniors are selling for around $10,000! Well i have a Modified Production for sale that has cost me over $28,000 going for $8,500! go figure?

I don't like the way people say move up a class. only because some driver enjoy what they race & i think it's downgrade other classes.JMO

Re: Is it a perception that people with money SHOULD race a higher class?

I believe there is a perception that richer people should race in higher classes, however it's not necessarily a good perception as just because a person has more money does not mean they have the talent required to race in higher classes.

Re: Is it a perception that people with money SHOULD race a higher class?

as a budget driver in streeties, i dont care how much money my competitor has, if he can drive his car better than i can drive mine so be it, it doesnt phase me abit if someone spend 10k on there car, cause at the end of the day all the cars are worked to be equal and if all goes well for me on the night i can still beat them. so no who cares how much money they have, just means there cars should be looking like new every race thats about it
