Fresh off the news that multiple times former national Street Stock champion Brad McClure has purchased one of the race cars he drove this past season for Paul Jordan, McClure also this week confirmed with promoters of the ‘Smooth Suspension Super Series’ for Street Stocks that he will be supporting the series in which he hopes to have fun whilst racing the best drivers down south.

A number of supporters including his parents have helped Brad get back behind the wheel of his own race car which he will race under the number most associated with McClure # 24, this has come about after driving for other car owners the past seven seasons.

One of the supporters behind McClure is series supporter Wayne Sheerman & his business ‘Smooth Suspension’. Sheerman’s support helps keep a star driver behind the wheel of a race car and a big name driver involved in the ‘Smooth Suspension Super Series’.

McClure adds to the official nominations already received.
    1) Ricky Throckmorton
    2) Ric Swasbrick
    3) Brad McClure
    4) Is this your name?

Verbal feedback suggests there is twenty five plus drivers committed to the series, however until official commitment is made, the list of nominations will grow slowly in the lead up to the opening race date on November 15th at Mid Western Speedway, Darlington for the $1000 to win ‘Stocky Stampede’.

If you are a Street Stock driver committed to the series be sure to let Dean Thompson know as soon as practical with series fee not due until the day of the first race meeting.

Contact with Dean can be made at dmtmedia@speedway.net.au, texting through to 0412 061 208 (no calls due to BH day job restrictions) or inbox Dean Thompson on facebook or DMT Sports Media also on facebook.
